Hi,

I’ve just purchased a nest gen 3 to replace by heating controls and just wanted reassurance/guidance with the wiring before I go ahead as I don’t want too fry my boiler pcb etc.

I currently have a glow worm 18hxi boiler and a British gas programmer and a Honeywell thermostat that hasn’t worked since I moved into the property (hence the upgrade)

I’ll attach the pictures of what I currently have and if anyone can just point me in the right direction as too how to correctly swap them over it would be greatly appreciated.

Many thanks

Well for a start that is not a wireless stat.

Considering the degree of fail there I would get a professional in.

Sorry post edited, and as ebarassing as it may seem I am infact an electrician but worked my whole life in the industrial sector so yes.. this alien too me hence the seek for guidance on a diy forums, Once I’m pointed in the right direction however I will upload a picture of the install to satisfy you on my degree of failure.
