Hi there

Does anyone have any idea how to remove these style of taps?

I have taken the covers off the back of each tap and see there is a small grub screw which can be loosened with an allen key. So I've loosened one of the grub screws which has dropped out and fallen into the inside of the tap head.

I had assumed that the tap head would just pull off if I pulled it upwards now the grub screw has been removed... but despite giving it a good yank it aint budging. I don't want to force it too much so thought I would ask to see if anybody else has removed similar tap head.

I need to get the tap head off now as I've lost the grub screw inside.

Any ideas?

I know the taps need a clean!

Cheers

All sorted.

Eventually I managed to shift it with a combo of lime scale remover and a lot of twisting/pulling.

Great, so your original idea that it just pulled off ionce the grub screw was removed was right.
