Hi my baxi eco 80 fires up runs for a few seconds and stops with the flame fault code. I have just changed the pump and housing as they were leaking and all was well before that any ideas?

A flame fault code is very vague and could be down to any one of a number of issues, the cheapest first fix would be the the ignition electrode but there is no guarantee that it is this. You will need GS registered engineer to do this, so is it worth calling one first for a visit, often best for someone to see first hand what is going on.

Thanks the boiler does fire up I can see the flames inside and it goes for probably 5 to 10 seconds of burning then it shuts down with the red warning light but the pump keeps running.

did you disconnect the electrical supply when working on the pump ? reversed polarity on the incoming supply will give the exact fault that you describe

Check the white glass fibre coated cable on the RHS of the chamber is still connected to the main pcb.
