I've removed a doorbell from the front of my house and am now left with this - how easy would it be to 'repair'?

Find a similar brick where you can drill a few holes
Collect the dust.

Make a blob of mixed aroldite and add some dust, shove it in the hole and add a bit of surface dust

Ive used epoxy resin mixed to a stiff paste with coarsely powdered brick then work dry powder into the surface if it looks shiny..works a treat on stone work too.:)
Edit. stopped typing to watch the end if the chase Tigercubrider

problem with usin brick dust is that these bricks only have the colour burned on the outside - the face skin.
as suggested, brown silicone/sealant will do.
it will weather to match in time.
