No sorry I have 1 door front door one set of contacts only.I have tried the one set of contacts in both combinations using red and black and blue and yellow I have now put it back to its original colours which are red and black so it’s just one set of contacts only that I have thanks

Does it now work ?
Make sure both pairs of wires are connected back in to control panel pcb
Take the contact off
Twist red and black together
Also twist blue and yellow together
Now put panel in engineering mode
Then 97 tick
First open red and black pair
What is displayed on keypad

Now close red and black pair by twisting back together
Now open blue and yellow pair
What is displayed on keypad.

Should have had C1 for one pair and T1 for other pair
If correct the C1 pair goes on the two silver screws on contact
And he other pair are twisted together on one brass screw

Ok so far come out of E mode with door closed alarm unset when I open front door alarm goes of with T1 displays after I enter my code to cancel alarm I will now do the rest of the checks you have suggested thanks

Ok I have now put the blue and yellow wires on the silver screws and the red and black are now twisted together and on one brass screw I set the alarm waited for it to arm and when I open door the contact does not work the internal siren only goes off when first sensor picks me up then I disarm with my code I have done a walk test and door contact and sensors all work as they should something just don’t seem to be adding up thanks

Do what I explained above by twisting the pair's together while in engineering walk test
97 tick write down what is displayed

When red and black and blue and yellow are all twisted together I get — when blue and yellow or apart I get C1 and when black and red are apart I get T1 thanks

Blue and yellow are alarm pair they go on silver screws yellow on one and blue on the other
Twist red and black together and put on brass screw
That should now work
If not double check zone one programming should have FE selected

Ok I have done that and it does not work I went into E mode and pressed 01 and that says FE followed by 0A 1 I will send a photo thanks

Photos of zone 01 thanks

Remove the yellow and blue from the contact , twist the blue and yellow together ( cover up any detectors that see you at the door ) ok so far ....set alarm , break the yellow and blue wires , it should start the entry exit timer , if not .....touch them together again and open them again ( in case it's programmed for double knock ) not sure if you can on a 9800 entry zone ?

Ok I did that alarm continuous tone when it finished alarm was set I parted blue and yellow several times and nothing thanks
