Hi, I would like to construct a built in wardrobe with three bottom track sliding doors. I was thinking about using these sheets

https://www.slhardwoods.co.uk/produ...te-melamine-faced-birch-plywood-2440-x-1220mm

They range from 9mm to 18mm thick. I think the heaviest grade will be about 30+ kg each sheet. Can anyone offer advice whether they are sufficiently stiff to stand on the bottom track rollers and support their own weight without bowing. I would like to use the thinest possible for aesthetic reasons and because they are cheeper.

Thanks for your help.

Given that you want a cheaper option ready made doors would be better .

You are always better off with top hung doors if straightness is an issue

Thanks for the replies. Ready made doors are not the right size. Top hung, good point. I will look into that. Thanks,
