Can anyone help identify this soffit board

Hello guys,

Can anyone please help me with an identification of this soffit board, its on my house and i am hoping to get it all ripped down over the Christmas period and replaced but if its Azzy i might wait till the sprogs are back at school.

It looks like cement board to me given its smooth and rock hard texture but im no expert.

Couldn't be painted plywood could it ,looks as though it is delaminating?

Morning lads,
thanks for the responses, it is a timber fascia, certainly not ply soffit.
House is a 60s jobbie i believe

60s, I'd strongly assume asbestos until proven otherwise.
