Looking to get a all in one Toilet Basin unit like the one below. But i have seen a few and not impressed with the quality of the toilet pan and cistern.

Would it be better to buy the unit separately and buy a better quality toilet.
If so, what cisterns/internals would I need and where could i get the unit with the basin in to fit a back to wall toilet.

Sure I read about somebody having problems sourcing a valve for the cistern when needed, think he had to import it at great cost. Common problem on these end of line cheap imports.

i’ve fitted a couple and have one in my house. i wouldn’t fit one in a main bathroom but in a cloak room or where space is tight, i think they’re great. the parts are fairly standard in my unit so i’d have no problem sourcing spares

I take it you're not trying to also get one of these in to the same cabinet as the wall hung pan and frame?

victoria plumbing. generally, i wouldn’t touch victoria plumbing with a barge pole but you are very limited in suppliers for this. And actually mine is ok

what do you call proper plumbing? my unit is plumbed exactly as any separate unit would be. just contained all within one unit

Hot and cold water, waste into stack, all components readily available and can be individually replaced.
Edit: Sorry didnt look at link in first post so wrongly assumed it was one of those cold only , drain into cistern type.I made mine from kitchen wall units and sf cistern.
