Decking seating

Hey all

Just finishing having our landscaper make our garden seating. I'm not sure if I'm just a fussy so and so but looking at the image below of the middle section, it looks messy to me. Screws and joints all over the place.
Thoughts?

Depends on the design of the framework behind, was it symmetrical , was there enough materials to complete without joining, who supplied ?
Is the landscaper a joiner?
Was it to a particular design .

Yes enough materials left and the frame work has two vertical pillars behind that section from top to bottom. No reason to have uneven screws or split timber.
