Shed felt finishing on sides?.

Hello all, managed to ge the roof and felt on last weekend, just wondering which is best way to finish the long edges?.

I can either cut the felt 10mm longer than the side battens and let it hang down or nail it up around the underside of the battens for a neater finish?.

Whats best for water removal?.

Looks like you already have battens under the roof edge, so snugly fold the felt around it and nail from the inside edge (ideally if space allows) or underneath. Not ideal to leave a large flap hanging as the wind might end up causing the felt to rip around the nails.
