So we are washing up in the bath because there is no kitchen yet...

Was grouting the bathroom wall last night and knocked a mug off the edge of the bath onto the new ungrouted floor tiles!

Didn't notice at the time, just thought it was good that the mug didn't break o_O

Lovely chip out of one of the floor tiles now... builder says he's grouted it now and it doesn't look too bad - I'll be the judge of that when I get home!

We have spare tiles, the only problem is trying to replace the tile would risk damaging the electric underfloor heating... :(

I'd replace it......but that's just me. Is it right where you look and stand when getting outta the bath?

Not a big job to replace it - doesn't have to damage the UFH....... you'd just have o be careful.

Remove it from the centre or you will chip/crack adjacent tiles. It can be done. Ensure you remove ALL the old adhesive from the floor.

you are using dark grey grout, aren't you?

Yes, dark grey grout. Here is what it looks like now:

Not that bad will you be paranoid and worry about it for the rest of your life, I am sure no one else will ever notice it
