Tiling job issues

Just has a bathroom refitted, but have a real issue with some of the tiling have attached a couple of photos
The question is am I being to picky or is this a bad job ?

Doesn’t look professional great but the effort to get redone vs can you live with it is what you need to decide.

Not great by any means but the lighting is exacerbating the lips (which shouldn't be present)
