Just put in a black franke kitchen sink. I think it's a composite granite material.

Anyway did the sensible thing, rather than go with my thoughts I asked the wife which of the 3 tap positions did she want knocked out.

She has now said she would prefer it in one of the other positions

What can I get to cover the old tap hole when moved? Nothing cheap and plastic looking please! Ideally a similar material to the sink but doubt there would be anything?

The bit you knock out of hole 2?

You can't move the knockout holes, the don't pop out - you break it, and chip it out.
New sink - can't get another cheap one, it's silly money!

I have seen a chrome "tap hole stopper" in screwfix for £1.79 which may suffice for now and look handy

The filter water idea is good - wife just said she wants one!
