These ceiling lights came along with a new bathroom.
The fitter says they can be left on and will last forever!
Seems hard to believe??

They can be left on - if you like wasting electricity for no reason.
They will probably last for many years, but certainly not forever.
 
Depends on the quality, some led,s with advertised life of 25000 hours don,t last more than a few months.

I wonder if he could link the taps up to the LEDs, would save time!

Do you know if the fitter made sure that they were properly sealed to prevent air from the bathroom getting into the space above?

Also, if they are integrated units then you should get some spares now, or risk having to choose between replacing them all or having mismatched ones when they start to fail in the future.
