I have had AEG dishwashers all my life and they have always had a few minutes rinse program.

This is essential to rinse the dishes if you haven't enough to fill the machine and keep putting them in until you do and want to run it.

Does anyone know where this is please or has it been discontinued?

Thanks

I wonder which model you have.

Have you got the instructions?

Thank you.

Does it have the usual feature I'm asking about please?

Thanks for help

I've had a quick look through the manual, and can't find any reference to a quick rinse-only programme. Strangely, the manual does state (under 'Hints & Tips') "Do not pre-rinse dishes by hand". Perhaps have a read of the manual yourself?

I can't see it so would be glad of some help please.

I was really asking if anyone is familiar with it.

It is apparently well used and keeps the dishes damp while waiting to get enough in to do a run.

Thanks

There is no rinse/prewash on that model. So, no, you can't.

It wasn't a prewash which really duplicates the wash and wastes power and water.

I start to load my dishwasher at breakfast and on my own I don't have enough dishes to do a run until the evening which I do every evening.

In the meantime it is essential to have the few minutes cold rinse to stop anything sticking on the dishes and keep them fresh until the evening run.

Be glad of any help.

I mentioned prewash because some of the AEG instructions online state that a prewash should be selected for a rinse only.

Unfortunately, as I mentioned, yours doesn't have either. It seems it just isn't possible with your model.

I am sorry to sound perplexed but it was sold to me has having the exact same features the existing.

I can't help wondering if it is hidden in another feature.

Thanks for help
