That’s the point it is not a brand.
There are many different Nurofenproducts but in all of them the main active ingredient is ibuprofen.
Ibruprofen is available from less than 30p for 16 pills .If you spend more you are throwing money away .

pick any two days a week and limit your intake to 600kcal (roughly a banana and a bowl of soup).
the rest of the week eat what you friggin like.

Typical man has a BMR of 1800-2500, so with 2 days you will drop 1-2lb a week. Once you get down to a good weight you can reduce to 1 day a week. It also reduce IGF and cholesterol, but no more than any diet that gets you to a healthy BMI. I've been doing it 6 years. The idea is you do it forever, the first 3 or 4 weeks are tough but after that its fine. It really helps if you do any kind of endurance sport, because it gets you used to running in a glycogen depleted state, so you can perform better over long distances. I found it keeps my Resting HR down too. Currently high 30s, but that is from doing lots of cardio.

Anusol would be better. or tramadol.
Tramadol is an opiate and addictive, I was on it for months before my hip replacements, it can really screw you up and coming off it is pretty horrible
 
I too will vouch for the 5:2. I did it for two months, and dropped two stone. Went to 6:1 after that, and kept the weight off for years.
Going to start 5:2 again tomorrow, as I have been very lazy for a few months.
 
Is it true you get them by forcing yourself on the crapper?

Have you recently given birth cos that's how you can sometimes get them. Just curious how you got them

Not sure .. Doing something wrong.. They poped up for the first time in a long while...
 
I have been the same weight (12.5 - 12.75 st) for about 30 years. If I start sneaking up to 13st I just take less food to work.

Just lately I have quit taking crisps and most chocolate altogether, to work. I take more fruit now. I NEVER eat between meals. I can go long periods feeling hungry and it does not bother me all that much.

So this tread is all about giving each other good health tips rather than bashing each other around the head..

My advise is Yoga,I love it and it really has improved my health and mind. I think you should all try it.

My best advice is become vegetarian...I have had piles in the past so bad that I was on the verge of requiring op...No probs now...PS....Statins seriously made them worse. But everybodys system is different.good luck..my weight averages 12.5 stone .Anymore and i feel fat..
