Removing light fitting

Hi,

I need to remove this light fitting as I want to clean the inside of it.
Do I simpy press the button to detatch and will this make it all come off straight away? Or is there something else I will need to do?
Also, is it straightforward to reattach?

The button is actually the lamp starter....
To shift the diffuser, gently pull the end cap outwards - its spring loaded -and the diffuser will come free.

Exactly as Burnerman last posting.

Both end caps can be carefully removed and at the same time hold the diffuser if not it will drop out.

Once cleaning is complete, re-fit the plastic diffuser by fitting one end of the diffuser into an end cap, lift the diffuser into place and spring back the other diffuser so the diffuser can be located.

Along each side the diffuser fits into a slot.

As an aside once cleaned you may consider wearing sunglasses ?
