Help for porcelain tiling costs

hi all, how much does it cost for 7m by 3 m room to tile (excluding tiles paid for these already)

new plywood in one area
tile grout
lay ditramat
pva all subs loor and pre tiling

does this sound right to anyone? just don't want to be ripped off.

without seeing kit an kit floor an any possible difficulties its difficult to say.

Personally, I wouldn't go for this guy.... not if he's using PVA. Kinda shows he's not very knowledgable (should be SBR or Acrylic primers for tiling). I'd also be asking him to clarify why he's using plywood when there are better alternatives for an overlay available. Sounds a little on the high side but as above, depends on the area and circumstances. I'd get several quotes to compare but don't necessarily go for the cheapest unless you want a cheap job. You need to go with whoever knows what they are talking about, can answer all your questions and fill you with confidence.
