Quite a few models no longer come with brackets for wall-mounting, as apparently regulations have changed. However, I still want/need to wall-mount the low level radiator I've recently purchased, and wondered if anyone has any genius hacks or ideas as to how to do so neatly, given I haven't got, and can't obtain, the proper brackets.
It needs to be supported at the bottom, and needs something to stop it falling forwards or backwards at the top.
Any thoughts?

Easier said than done, perhaps? I'm not sure I'll have the skill or wherewithal for that, hence asking for suggestions for a cunning workaround!
Brackets that were supplied with a model that I had to return (because too tall for the intended location) were basically right angled pieces with V channels kinked into the section jutting out from the wall, in which the seam of the radiator sat at the bottom, with similar but two-part pieces at the top (so that the bracket could be screwed to the wall, hidden by the radiator, and a top piece with the channel then screwed onto it).
I can imagine using/adapting small L-shaped shelf brackets, or even corner braces, but how to reproduce, or find an alternative for, the V-channel/"kink"?

Without knowing what the back of the radiator looks like it's hard to imagine what bracket you need.

Have you tried google images or ebay with a search "radiator wall brackets" ?
How about using a flat screen TV wall mount? if you can affix it to the radiator?
