I'd say it's down to the fact he's got a great massive run off (presuming that's that the photo was for running through his conservatory), a second trap which isn't needed, both washers draining after the second trap and neither one not having a high loop and no AAV.

There's no way on earth that was done by a plumber.

Unfortunately for you, thats almost impossible to prove as its all now hidden -I assume the plasterboard is now skimmed....

Have you got skirtings fitted yet? -if not you could drill a hole and see if the smell comes out -at least you would know where its coming from.

Yes but no smell coming from that have put j fluid inside and around it and up the pipe work. No smell In kitchen.

I'm with @SammyInnit here, that under sink plumbing is totally bizarre and wrong.
Two traps in series = wrong but probably not your issue.
dishwasher connecting in *after* all the traps = wrong and letting smells in - dishwasher needs to be trapped.
dishwasher connection coming in on the bottom of the pipe = wrong, basic gravity points out all your sink waste will be filling up the dishwasher sump

So that's 3 main errors, two of which would cause smells and other issues. Get them back and say the drainage doesn't comply with common sense, let alone building regs.

Also on the topic of the "concreted over gulley" it should have been blocked at the downstream end where it enters the inspection chamber. I'm assuming there was no building control inspection from the council. And a final point, is the new drainage point to a soil system, or have they connected it all into the rain water drainage? That can be a cheap bodge that comes back to bit people.

That's how the sink pipe work was and conservatory man said that was where the smell would be coming from. The new pipe goes to a different drain soil drain,no building inspection was told they didn't need permission or from seven trent. Have been back down to see the conservatory people as they are not answering our emails they are saying it was the builder they employed that did the floor but they would not give me his contact details saying they would speak to him at the weekend and get back to us next week, would not tell me how the drain was sealed. Right, so of the three problems i mentioned, the old drain only had the first of them, which is the least serious one. Clearly they are incompetent as they caused the issues

Firstly, I would ditch what's there under the sink and replace with a trap on each sink bowl, with dishwasher and washing machine drain hoses connected to each trap as required. These must also rise up, and drop to the traps, so when the machines pump out the water runs away and sink discharges cannot re enter the machines.

Personally, I'd have removed the old gulley in the conservatory and connected the sink via a boss adaptor, to seal the connection. Perfectly acceptable method and solves 2 problems in one. Would have been a much tidier job, although more expensive, hence why I suspect it wasn't done....

Have rearranged the sink piping few times and have ruled out the smell coming from the sinks or dishwasher, have taken out the dishwasher and smell was still coming in.
Left pipe in manhole going to drain that should be sealed at gully and all so service the up stairs toilet, right pipe service the down stairs toilet.

Try a smoke bomb in the manhole. I put them on a small tin and push them
slightly up the inlets.

Do 1 inlet at a time, light them, put the lid back on quick then run inside. You should smell or see the smoke at the point your drain smells are getting in your house.

Undersink waste pipework still needs changing, it's not the correct method of installation as dirty water and detritus from the sink could find it's way back into the machines. It may not be causing the issue, but it certainly wont help anything! Pipework must be installed in accordance with the manufacturers instructions or you could invalidate any warranty offered with your washing machine and/or dishwasher.
