No, I'm sure it is, I expect that despite the precautions put in place there are ways to circumvent them. Voter fraud happens.
But you didn't claim that there are some multiple votes in the total. You claimed that all 6M were from one IP address.
So I repeat - do you (and Ian H, who thanked you for it) genuinely believe that all those votes came from one IP address? Or are you both liars?

There are many lies told in this forum, later claimed to be a joke, irony, or sarcasm, but not until challenged.
Sadly, some people believe the jokes as reality.
Additionally, it is important, especially in these forums, to highlight to some, that their fake news is not true. They may even believe it themselves.
Until they accept that their fake news is a lie, they continue, or even in some cases. yours especially, they still to continue to express lies, knowing full well that it is a lie.
Especially in vinty's case, some of what he says is dangerously distorting reality.
Someone else in this forum is also well known for distorting things.
