I'm not entirely sure you understand the difference between speeding (speed above the posted limit) and driving too fast (a speed that does not enable you to stop safely in the distance you can see to be clear).
Rofl...i spend 2 hours a day watching at least 75% of drivers doing 70mph,,,about a car length apart, or where the spacing markers are on the road,,,less than 1 apart.. when it should be 2..(big signs up saying keep 2 markers apart)!!!...no need to be expert,,just observe!!!!..They do not drive thinking distance apart, ,never mind think, react and bloody stop!

I always keep a good distance. If the space gets filled, I drop back.

When you get one of those sudden holdups when everybody anchors on, its easy to see how that bitbif extra space is worth having.

Motor vehicles are potential murder weapons, and therefore, driving licences should not be issued to anybody convicted of any criminal offence.

How will your mate Stephen Yaxley Lennon get around or for that matter Jeffrey Archer or Nick Griffin? (y)

And revoked as soon as you so much as drop some litter I take it?

The punishment for dropping litter should be several hours of sweeping up litter from public places, with a dustpan and handbrush.

Throwing litter from a car should carry a large fine, five years' driving ban and the confiscation and destruction of said car.

Throwing items from a car at people should carry a long jail sentence and lifetime driving ban, as should any criminal activity where a car is used. Motor transport greatly enhances a criminal's abilities and opportunities.

The minor proportion of the population who call themselves 'Environmentalists' would argue that the products of your exhaust is just that.

Looks like the Brexit medicine squeeze has hit Andy hard, off his meds and off his rocker.

Indeed,,,that would definetly have my vote..

I know thats not practical, but I can appreciate the sentiment.

Throwing litter out of a car is simply saying: somebody else can pick up after me.
It does drive me mad. Im one of those people that chase a tiny tissue down the street if it blows away as I put it in the waste bin.

Cars are destroying the environment.

By cars, I mean all forms of privately owned motor vehicles, and by environment I'm not necessarily talking about exhaust fumes and air pollution. Cars are a blight everywhere they are - and they are everywhere.

Every street is lined with them; beautiful gardens are dug up merely to make space for the bloody things. Pavements are encroached, partially or even fully, to park them. Tracts of countryside are laid waste for them, never to be seen again. Towns and villages are cut in half. Cars get bigger all the time - lone drivers in Land Rovers / Range Rovers the size of mini buses insinuate themselves into tiny gaps on cobbled back streets.

I hate cars!
