House water pressure was steady when we moved in. We could use washer, flush, shower, etc. without effects. Suddently, after 4 years in house, now washer, flush, shower occur there is water pressure drops. What causes this to happen? Corrections?

I tested with washer, shower, bath sink and kitchen sink running together and seperately. Pressure was consistant drop on both cold and hot. Pressure is fine if sinks and shower only are on, but with washer and shower, pressure begins to drop. Again, this wasn't happening when we first moved in, only within last few month.

phone your water board and ask if there is water mains work going on around your area, also they may have fitted a pressure control valve into the area main, they did this to me a couple of years ago i got nowhere complaining and had to replace my instantaneous shower as not enough pressure.
