What to use on parquet?

I a man pretty sure that the guy who did my flooring used Bona products
He stained the original pale colour to a light golden colour first, then applied three coats of a clear coat
Given a couple of days I could probably find the quote

I've read that if you use oil it needs redoing every few years, anyone used floorvarnish?

I'll second the recommend on Bona products. Oil and wax finishes require constant maintenance, and don't handle high traffic volumes at all (although they are very easy to repair), so if you don't want to recoat periodically they are best avoided. Instead go for a floor lacquer finish.

Thanks for the advice I have ordered lecol 7500 to fill any gaps and will get some floor lacquer.
