Hello
My 1930s house has solid floors - screeded and no vents. It's built on a sloping site with the dpc at front about 1m above ground level.
I want to fit an ensuite, ideally taking the wastes through the floor and then out of the house well below dpc but above ground.
Any idea what the construction is likely to be? Bitumen dpm, slab, lean mix infill or soil below? I presume beam and block wasn't a thing in the 30s?
Thanks
bsr
