Ferroli 701 - Pressure Relief Valve passing?

Bilbonic, don't give up your day job is my advice to you fella
You may know your binary or Hex code but certainly not the expansion vessels:whistle:

Umm what do i not know, water expands when it gets hot:LOL::LOL:

Learnt that in primary school, being a plumber would bore the hell out of me tbh, ANYONE with half a brain could do it after a 2 day course :p

As i stated i fitted my 701 in 1997, if i had let a plumber, sorry Gase Safe Engineers..:whistle::whistle: do it it would of probably been condemned by not..

You keep unblocking toilets and i'll stick to what i know, that includes plumbing!!

So after asking for advice and being walked through it step by step, helping you....eventually.... solve the problem....you end by looking down your nose at plumbers? Tsk tsk......

......you remind me of my old IT manager, he asked me how come my part time plumbing course was 2 years "your only learning to join two pipes"....really? That simple? Okay sweet cheeks....he couldnt even change a TRV on a rad without ruining his ceiling with black water....yes his ceiling....thats what happens when you try and take of a trv with 1.5bar in system and not bothering to drain the system......"just joining 2 pipes eh?"

:LOL::LOL::ROFLMAO:

Don’t do toilets :whistle:
First thing, Gas Safe not operating in 1997 :ROFLMAO:
Second thing, it is not a two day course, longer I am sure. End of that one is familiar with GAS WORK, NOT boiler repairs.

You may understand rudiments of water expansion, but not knowing boiler operation, you clearly was in deep water as to what action to take to effect correct boiler repair, despite help from Ian and others. As said earlier, keep the day job, keep tweaking cats whiskers and leave boiler repairs to us folk who know how expansion vessels work and what vessel goes where :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:, even where there is space to fit one as an option :LOL::LOL:
