Water can be heard constantly running into the Cwsc what do i do

Wear ear plugs or ( better ) find the leak that is letting water run out of the Cwsc
If the over flow is letting water out of the cistern then replace the inlet valve.
If the over flow is letting water out of the cistern then replace the inlet valve.
Have a look and see what it is. Pull up the arm of the ball valve, if it still runs then it needs a new valve if it stops then check nothing is running or adjust the arm.

I assume you mean the one that delivers to the hw cylinder?
Means getting in the loft and inspecting - proceed with caution if it’s not boarded out.
If it’s constantly running into it, then if there’s an isolation valve, isolate and check the float valve over and see if it stops, if it’s does then there’s an issue with the valve: seating damaged, seating blocked with debris, arm adjusted to incorrect level, not shutting off on the washer correctly, water in the float, damage to the float, check it’s not the vent pipe - just a few ideas to check.

Fill out a risk assesment. Complete a using ladders course. Make sure the loft is adequately lit. Go into loft. P.S. this is an extract from the British Gas school of engineering. PPS recommend a smart meter and a new combi boiler.
