Very old (100+y) front door is warped - top corner on lock side is about 12mm away from frame, letting in draught and noise. I don't want to replace the door, so I'm thinking of building up the frame enough to use weatherstrip. What would be a long lasting way to do this? I thought about building a shim out of multiple layers of veneer - it needs to be about 10mm gradually thinning to nothing over about 1m. I could pin and glue it, then use wood filler to smooth over. Alternatively I could 3d print a shim in sections, but I'm not sure the material would be that strong.

How big a flat is there on the door stop part of the frame.
If its big enough, buy some small battens, say 25mm x 10mm -stick draught seal to the edge, push up to shut door, slightly compress seal and pin in place.

Bolt won't work, door too tall for wife!
Nail on looks interesting, is it slightly flexible, to bend into the warp? Gap at top is about 15mm.
