Can someone advise if I should get a new EPC as the central heating/boiler has been renewed in my property and I want to sell. Thank you

If your old system had time/temperature controls the new system is likely to have no effect on any new epc.

EPCs last for 10 years, so if it's in date you don't need another.

I've not known anyone to buy/ not buy a property on the basis of an EPC. So even if the new boiler improves the rating it will add no benefit to any sale. People will see it's a modern boiler and that's that.

Thanks but I am being asked for it by the Estate Agents and it will be in my favour to produce an up to date one with better rating.

says who? IMHO they have no credibility and only slightly strange people take any notice of them. We're just selling - our EPC has under advice to improve "install cavity wall insulation, install solar panels and increase number of LED bulbs" - you couldn't make it up. CWI IMO is never recommended for older houses, panels just look ugly and make roof maintenance difficult and bulbs? really?

If asked you refer them to the existing one.

It wont be at all in your favour. And no-one will buy your house just because you have this new EPC as opposed to the existing one, and the cost of it wont be added to the sale price, so it's to your detriment not benefit.
