Swap to an aerial with lower wind loading. A Log Periodic is just about the most aerodynamic type. Have the bracket and pole mount looked at.
It could be that the pole is too thin, which then causes it to flex due to the wind loading on the aerial. That then puts pressure on the bracket. If the bracket is undersized, or it's fixed to the wooden eaves through the facia boards, then it will work loose and squeak in the process.

Thanks for the picture. That would have been useful with your original post, but it's here now.
I can see you already have a Log Periodic aerial on what looks like 1 1/2in pole attached to a 12" x 18" wall bracket. Have you been up and had a listen to find which part of the rig the squeaking is coming from?
I haven't to be honest with you its usually in the middle of the night during winter when it goes crazy. My son just reminded me about it so thought I'd try and figure it out.. I'll try and go up next time but by looking at it I would think its the u bolts that connect to the pole flexing?!
So it doesn't squeak in winter during the day when it's windy, only at night?
I haven't had a problem - or at least none of my customers have called me saying there's a problem - with any of the pole mounts I've installed. I tend to use metal washers and nylock nuts though, so I wonder if that has headed off any issues?
Be careful tightening the U-bolts. If too tight, they can crush the pole slightly, and that will result in a weak point leading to the pole bending and collapsing at that point.
