So i was driving home the other night and debating how i would pitch my campaign to the nation as the candidate to make Britain great again (cough). Anyway a lot of armchair experts here. Fire away. I will start with bullet points on how i would change politics and the way we work as a nation.

  • My motto would be 'For the good of our country not your party' - this would be my intention to ensure all motions and debates are not used as a battle ground for "one-upmanship" and wasted resources. As and where cross party initiatives are encouraged to ensure efficiency and streamlined objectives are met.
  • When required MPs to justify their opposition or favoured vote when it was felt there were ulterior motives.
  • Assign each and every UK Citizen (with over 10 years residence) a digital certificate which would allow that person to vote on issues, these would be prioritised and reviewed in popularity for example NHS spending Education Police etc. This would prioritise national issues and how they are resolved.
  • Ensure a parliament parallel process of approvals, teams work to process these issues reporting back to the nation with performance targets and achievements. A rolling 6monthly review would be published on UK Gov demonstrating the performance figures of those top 10 issues as the targets are hit the next issue replaces.
What would your motto be?

Have you not realised that 'people voting' is not the best way to guarantee success?
I want people to have a voice, too much is filtered via your local MP. LEts try to be constructive here lets hear what you would do

You won't get near changing politics because of your first bullet. Every decision proposed is weighed against the question, "Will this cost me my job?"

Yes, sadly, lying in Parliament is not an offence, but calling another MP a liar is - even if it is the truth.

OK, OK - You got my vote, when do you want to start?

If I was next PM

I'd kick out the country any foreigner who commited a serious crime.

Fine anyone who parks in disabled and child parking spaces.

Anyone fly tipping would face fine of £5000 or do litter picking on below minimum wage until the fine has been paid.

Litter droppers made to do litter picking at weekends.

Any MP found fiddling their expenses would have their pension taken away.

Anybody wealthy enough pays for their own lodging if their crime is serious enough to be jailed.
