hi
I have an old style tap that has started dripping. I couldn’t find any video showing how to take top of the tap off and change the washer. Any advice or link to a video on how to get to the washer would be appreciated.

In the absence of any screws, I’d guess the plastic top will just pull off.....if you have the grip! Its probably pushed onto a spline.
Underneath will reveal the tap insert.

I’d try careful leverage with a broad bladed screwdriver, but be aware the plastic may well be brittle by now and could chip...if it doesnt want to budge then its time to think again.
Always a bit of a gamble!
John :)
