The amount of Acos I have seen cunningly draining into the square root of feckall, is astonishing. Sometimes the 'ground' needs to be defined Woods.
If it gets through planning at the end of the new drive, then that's all that matters. :whistle:

theres a new block driveway going in along my street at the moment.

Lovely shiny galv Aco where it meets the pavement / drop down kerb.

Yup drain goes nowhere :ROFLMAO:
 
as long as it is a surface water drain :!:
But a S/W drain not a soakaway ? Like er- mine does, but we're only 100 yds from a river Whole estate has separate S/W

Sorry - I meant a surface water drain separate from a foul one but servicing a lot of houses, and going (presumably ) in with road gullies to a watercourse. So in effect being loaded with runoff from non permeable driveways. ie must new driveways be permeable -or - to a soakaway.
