Excellent work. The best assessment so far of that whining snowflake who has dedicated his life to attacking foreigners (when he's not in prison or engaging in criminal acts).

However, if he's willing to clear off and leave the UK, I wouldn't want to stop him. Perhaps he should move to Syria, or some other place with plenty of other refugees so he will be among his own people.

Sentenced to 9 months. Now doesn't he like Uk Jails? Don't the RWR argue that Jails need to be tough and now he is complaining they are too tough?

If he's guilty chuck him in the big house. Simples.

He managed to survive his previous stint. What in your imagination thinks it will be different this time?

My concern idls the backlash that could come about if the radical Islamic within the jail system do succeed in maiming of killing him.

Something that no one on here appears to want to mention.

And the thing Tommy should learn from this is - if you want to apply for asylum, it really is best to ignore the official guidelines and get yourself into the other country first, before your own country lock you up.

Next time he talks about illegal immigrants pretending to by asylum seekers we should remind him that he once entered America on a false passport, and another time begged for asylum. Both times failed. Point being, it really is not easy to get asylum or enter other countries - the people who manage it should be rewarded for their ingenuity and sheer cunning. :)

So do you believe he should be treated as 'special' in jail because of his 'beliefs'?

Yaxley seems to think he should be treated as 'special' by the law

If he doesn't like going to prison, he should stop committing crimes.

I heard on radio 4 yesterday while driving back from London that he was going to be protected in jail. So he is getting special treatment! It's a good life innit.

He won't get killed.
