Quality of filters etc

I've seen a Bosch oil filter (listing photo clearly shows the Bosch logo on it) for a Bora TDI on ebay and its identical to the Mann equivalent.

Seems these filter makers play at swapsees a bit, "you make this for me and I'll make that for you". Would certainly save space in the factories.
