Hi,

I bought a new wifi light switch (3 gang): one for outside light; one for downstairs hallway; one for upstairs hallway

However after connecting the switch I can operate the upstairs light from the new downstairs switch but I can't operate the switch from upstairs.

on the New light switch I have the following connectors: L, L1, L2, L3 but no COM connector

So, is there a way around this?

Thanks

no need. He has the magic of Wifi.

As long as you have your phone is your hand, and its charged.
Several presses of a touch screen later, and your light will be on. ;)

I assume you can't operate it from the old upstairs switch. Your new wi-fi switch is not 2 way that is why.

Yeah, that switch is never going to work. Have you researched Hue, or the others where the clever bit is just in the bulb? Your old switch will still default to work with it (ie. turn it off or on). IMHO it's the way to go if you don't know how to mess with wiring.

Guess I didn’t research enough before I got it.

Thanks for your reply’s
