Thanks, I still haven't paid as luckily the issue came to light a couple of hours after installation! I can't understand why he didn't just tackle with the mfr, rather than now damaging the frame!
I'm going to talk to cab re options, tempted to just get someone else to put another in and tell them to come collect it! I guess I have to give a final opportunity to fix first but given the reluctance on the original fault I can't imagine they will accept that they have now damaged the frame. Apparently, the gasket not abutting the door by 3mm is ok as long as he can't feel a draft, never mind the rain eh
