Internal Glass to Glass Door Lock, accessible from both sides?

Does anyone know of a lock like the one linked below, except that has both sides of the lock connected together for use in a office with a glass to glass sliding door?

One side being a key and the other side being a thumb turn.

We had something similar in the office where I used to work
I do remember that a bit fell off and was a pig to find a replacement.

Look for commercial door furniture

If you already have the door then it'll be a non-starter - for it to work both sides the door would need a hole through it and the door will be tempered which means you cannot cut or drill it. The only way you could do this I can think of is with a magnetic lock and an RFID type reader (that might even work from both sides of the glass?)
