Hello

Is it in agreement if you have wooden frames that they be replaced with PVC even if the wood is solid? to me wood is better but just after initial thoughts?

Thanks

It depends on the condition of the frames and if the frames are painted or stained and receive routine maintenance
are they double glazed if not a glass supplier can supply double glazed panes at a fraction of the cost of replacing frames with PVC .

The frames are good and I stain them so solid only thing is beading, yeah double glazing so just replace the glass for now thanks

as above but it might depend on what type of frame and sashes you have eg. double hung box frame - i think you might be talking about sashes which go into the frame.
using DG panes is good but you also have to take care of the insulation details as well.
