when fitting one of these in the bath in conjunction with concealed copper pipes, can I get the pipes level and the correct distance apart and then strap them in with something like this prior to bonding?

I want to make sure that they don't move whilst I tile or even whilst I apply the bonding coat

Here's where I am currently at:

I have pipe clips but was trying to avoid cutting out too much of the wall.
Also, do I need to sleeve this pipe or anything before I apply the bonding coat

Look up saddle clamps. Covering the pipes with duct tape will provide protection .

That’s a genius suggestion! Thanks
Is there much flexibility when it comes to fitting the towel rad if the pipes are a few mm out?

You need to be accurate ,once you have plastered / tiled over there isn't much leeway. Ensure there is plenty of the pipe protruding from the wall, you can easily cut back ,but not so easy to extend !!!

If you intend to come straight out the wall and into an angled valve ,rather than elbow up to a straight valve ,you would need to also ensure that the two pipes are level.

Yes, I will level and set apart at the correct distance before I fix the saddle clips and bond this in.

Once I’ve levelled and clamped in the pipes, I will hold the rad up Andrew make sure the pipes are heading into the holes for the rad valves. Once I am satisfied, I will bond and make good for tiling
