Bathroom Manrose Fan - external cover

Hi all,

See attached picture of my current external bathroom Manrose ventilation fan. When it is windy the fan rattles continuously and has become annoying to the point of no return. Does anyone have any recommendations for a replacement external fan cover to support stopping this?
