Hi All,

I installed a Texecom premier 24 panel about 10 years ago and set the zones all to eol. I have just changed over to the premier elite 24 panel so I can add the connect and ricochet etc. The wired PIRs, door contacts, , sounders, control panels and wireless vibration sensors are all working great but the wired exodus sensors are constantly active and showing 5.71 in diagnostics. All sensors are in their own zones and the exodus all 4 wires rather than 2. They aren’t set to latch and one is on the main board and the others on an internal expander card. They were all working fine before the switch over to the elite panel. It feels like there is something obvious that I overlooked in the short cut of swapping over rather than setting it up from scratch. Any ideas where to look/check would be gratefully received!

How is the exodus wired up?

What it the wiring type for all the exodus ocuppied zones.

Best for the smokes to be wired normally closed and programmed as such, so in the event a wire is severed an alarm condition is raised.

At 10 years old you should be replacing the smokes anyway.

That's done it. I hadn't set the zone wiring correctly in the change over.

Thanks very much for your help.
