Tile trim which hides both tile edges

i am looking for a tile trim which covers both edges of tiles and looks good around a window reveal please.

Let me elaborate. My tiles are unlikely to be dead straight around the window edge and my cutter usually leaves small chips on the edge. I am after a tile trim which wraps over this edge and the inside edge too. The metal trims (I prefer white plastic) appear to reveal the tile edges.

How can I achieve this?

I cant say I have edge chips large enough that are visible after grout/caulk but as a last resort how about an external showerwall trim? expensive though!

I think they will look awful. I’m surprised that there isn’t a trim which has a “lip” across both sides...
It’s not just chips, but my tile edge is also unlikely to be dead straight as some may be a mm or 2 larger or smaller than others. Such a trim would finish this off nicely.

I’ve seen lots with a single lip but haven’t come across one which does both sides.

I’d really appreciate any suggestions

If you want to neaten your cut edges stretch an abrasive roll on a flat surface and slide the edge along it

I’ve been doing some more research on this subject and wanted to run something past you please. Should I not be aiming for a full tile above, below and on the sides of a window wherever possible? This will mean that I always have an uncut tile end against the trim?

When it comes to the inside of the window reveal, I should always put the cut end next to the window and again, have an uncut end against the other side of the trim?

I can then apply sealant against the window and tile ends to hide any imperfections.

Can I get your view on this please

I suggest more practice on your cuts for when its unavoidable to have cut edge against trims but plan to get the least against them while maintaining layout balance.
