Hi I have 10 mini gu10 bulbs in the ceiling and have Phillips hue set up in the lamps and the tv strip and would like to add a light switch for the ceiling lights, so looking for any help on which one to go for, atm I use 35w bulbs on a normal dimmer but don’t have a neutral at the switch so would like to use the Phillips hue app ?
Thanks

It is a lottery see this thread of my experience there seems to be no standard as to how much current is let through a lamp without it causing the lamp to flash or do other odd things, since already using a dimmer with no neutral swapping it for a wifi switch will likely work, but as I found it's OK if you have a few fittings with a type of bulb, in my case GU10, I just swapped them about until they worked, but with my G9 bulbs that are only used in one lamp, how many would you need to buy to find a set that works?

There is a load capacitor you can fit, I bought one from CEF, but they are not that small, and getting it to fit inside the lamp may be a problem, it could need a junction box in the ceiling space to mount it.
