The motor on our old miele washing machine has been on it's last legs for over a year now ,the problem was some of the segments on the armature have come loose and the machine was eating brushes "about every two months"
managed to pick up a brand new motor for not a lot of money , fitted the motor and the machine sounded great ,very quiet.
but now this is what i'm baffled with sometimes if it's got something like a couple of towels in it when it goes to spin the drum shakes violently, i can't see why it would be doing this, the machine is nice and level, i didn't touch anything other than unbolt the motor.
i have since had it apart again and can't see anything wrong ,the drum hangs on four springs which are all connected and it has two shockers on the bottom, I've tried removing the shockers and they feel ok to me but i'm not sure how stiff they should be.
it was absolutely fine before i fitted the motor so would seem a bit strange that the shockers would decided to stop work at the same time as the motor change.

Not familiar with your machine, but just a couple of towels might be acting like an unbalanced load which would cause your symptoms. Was it ok before replacing the motor with just 2 towels & what is it like now with a full load?

Was always ok before even with just a couple of towels in it, even with a full load now the drum seem to move about more than I can remember, the clothes seem to be wetter coming out of the machine, I think it's not spinning as fast due to the drum moving about.
To my mind the only thing that can cause this would be , an uneven machine, one of the drum supporting springs missing or not connected or worn out shocks, but everything looks ok.

Or the feet not properly adjusted and it sits on a different spot on the floor to before. Should be horizontal in the fore/aft and left/right direction when it's sat in the space. Not so easy to measure, but try as you can.

Washing machine needs a minimum load just as well as having maximum load.
