Pyronix Procontrol+ No voice push notifications on my iPhone

Hi,
Some more Pyronix issues, was hoping the usual experts can help...

Firstly...
Can anyone tell me how to get voice push notifications working on my iPhone and iPad? I get the messages (armed/disarmed) but not the voice message which I used to at one point.

Secondly...
Can the software/firmware of the enforcer V10 panel be updated??

If it was working, have you had a phone or app update?

Firmware can be updated by a sales rep, however that is a trade only service

Hi,
Yes I have changed mobile phones and installed the app on the new phone, its exactly the same. I get the messages on the new phone but not the voice, on the old phone I still get the voice and message. They are both iphones running the same ios. Same with my ipad just the message and also my better halfs phone and ipad, just the message. So in essence just one mobile gets the voice notifiction. Cant believe this is right?

Anything I can look at or has anyine a manual?

unfortunately exactly the same doesn't mean the phone is set up exactly the same.

don't have the app on my phone so cant advised on the setting off the top of my head.

I would check the settings of the app first on the new phone.
