Bentone BF1 will only fire if I hit reset button

Hi, could anyone give me some advice/pointers for what might be wrong with my boiler? noticed this morning that the boiler didn’t fire when the CH timer came on so I pushed the reset button which had the red light on which I assume means it failed to fire. Once pushed the boiler fired and the heating came on and stayed on. The heating was due to come on again at 3.30 and again it didn’t fire on its own but has fired when I hit the reset button (which was red again). The oil tank is just over half full so around 600 litres of oil.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Bf1 burner good bit of kit could be coil or needing service I'd go for coil cheap option.Bob

Just get it serviced. If it was coil, then you would expect it to run for 10 mins or so before lockout.
