Hi all

Is there anybody that help me with this please, I am desperate. I have bought a house this year fully kitted with a Pyronix enforcer 32. When I was renovating the house I remove all power from the control panel and the plan was to move the panel to a different area. But from my little knowledge of alarm systems I firsts of all tampered with the panel and second I let the battery run flat.. So now when replaced the battery and connect the mains back , the system is asking for a "Engineer restore".

The only way I can do this is get into engineering settings , but the only problem is the previous owner has only left me the main user code and no other codes. I have no clue who has installed the system so I cannot contact to find out what the codes are.

So from my research I have found numerous manuals with default codes such as 1111, 9999 , 2222. But none of these are working . So obviously the codes were changed. I have also come across where the PVM can be reset on other panels but I cannot seem to find out any information on how to carry out the procedure with this system. If anyone knows please let me know.

I have asked a local engineer to call out to have a look at it and he is charging me over a £100 to just look at it, whether he fixes it or not.

Has anyone any ideas please. Any help if appreciated.

The panel cannot be defaulted but there is a way of getting into the engineer menu which then allows new engineer codes to be created however this can only be done by an authorised installer. Where in the country are you

Hi I'm in the same position and wondering how you managed to sort the problem.

Thanks that's what I'm trying to find out, I have the installation manuals but it doesn't say how to default the system and none of the default codes work.
