Every thing you write is patronising, belittling and really unpleasant.
I've not written anything as a claim, I've nothing to back up, all I have done is refuse to answer your question, which by the way I have no requirement to do. Just because you say I should doesn't make it so.

There is no point in talking to you about this topic in a grown-up manner because you are a thoroughly unpleasant bloke who gets his kicks putting others down. Not just me, everyone and there's is a link between what you say to people and getting threads locked but I guess that's another thing your self-importance pomp can't grasp. You also fail to stick on topic, have the ability to understand what is being written and will change absolutely everything so you can make a point, even if it's not relevant.

I hope that's nice and clear now and you finally understand it. If you grew up and learned some manners then perhaps we could have an interesting conversation.

There was a documentary on telly a while back a sort of fly on the wall type doc about the criminally insane in Broadmoor

If I recall it costs about £250,000 a year per inmate to keep em. There

There was one inmate who had tortured people who would not go back to his room after exercise

It took 4 hours a 7 members of staff to. Get him or persuade him to go back to his room

I may Contact the department with some sound well thought out cost savings

Ask the bloke to go back to his room give him an hour to comply

If he does not tazer him and drag him to his room by his feet

The entire process would only take 2 staff members

For the record i agree with both of you, one can be incredibly disrespectful and emotional considering their age and lack of life experience, the other engages in debates, then, at will, refuses to debate further instead responding with patronising comments. Can you guess who is who.
