Hi all I have a Hoover DYN9144DG and even though the drum spins the clothes still come out wet. I've changed the pump thinking it was this but the problem remains,
What setting have you got it on? I have a hoover and for instance if I use the daily wash 59 mins it does not dry them they come out soaking wet I have to do a separate rinse cycle. If I choose darks or shirts the rinse is included.
